Privacy Policy
This policy explains how SwapADA handles information used to run exchanges, answer support requests and review transactions. A private exchange link does not make blockchain activity private or anonymous.
Information Used by the Service
An exchange record includes its ID, selected assets and networks, payment and receiving addresses, amounts, transaction hashes and processing status. Technical logs can include IP address, browser information, request times and error details.
When you contact support, we process your message, contact address and any relevant attachments. A transaction review may also require identity or source-of-funds information.
Why We Use Information
Exchange details allow us to match a payment, process a conversion, send the payout and investigate errors. Contact information supports replies and follow-up questions about the same case.
Security and review information helps detect abuse, investigate suspicious activity and meet applicable obligations. The purpose and legal basis can depend on the processing activity and the requirements that apply.
Providers and Public Networks
Infrastructure, communication, liquidity and transaction-review providers may process the information needed for their role. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to investigate fraud or protect legal rights.
Blockchain addresses and transaction records can be visible to anyone using the relevant network. Removing a SwapADA record cannot delete an on-chain transaction.
Retention and Deletion
Closed exchange and support records are normally retained for 180 days. Routine access logs are normally retained for 30 days.
Information can be retained longer where a review, dispute or mandatory requirement makes that necessary. Removal from active systems does not necessarily remove every backup immediately.
Cookies and Tool Inputs
Essential session information supports exchange creation, private tracking and basic security. If optional analytics or other non-essential technologies are introduced, their use and available choices are explained before activation where consent is required.
The basic staking calculator uses an amount and rate assumption; it does not need a wallet address. Do not enter private keys or recovery phrases into calculator inputs or contact forms.
Privacy Requests
Email [email protected] to ask about access, correction or deletion. Explain the request and include the exchange ID if it relates to an exchange.
We may need to verify that a request concerns your own information. Available rights, response periods and exceptions depend on applicable law; deletion may be limited by a continuing retention obligation.
FAQ
Can I delete a blockchain transaction through SwapADA?
No. Public blockchain records are maintained by the network. A request about SwapADA's own records does not alter those records.
Is my exchange history published as a profile?
SwapADA does not provide a public trading profile or a public list of your exchange records. Someone with access to the private tracking link may still see information about that exchange, so keep it confidential.
Why might information remain after a deletion request?
A review, dispute or mandatory retention requirement may prevent immediate deletion. We assess the request against the information involved and the rules that apply.
